Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer (natural persons only) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Item, without giving a reason, provided the Item has not been used, is undamaged, and has retained its original appearance. The Item must be returned in its original packaging, with the full set of contents, together with a completed withdrawal form.

Items must be brought to our office at Elijas 21, Rīga, or sent to one of the parcel lockers: Omniva — Sadovņikova 14, RIMI, Rīga, or Unisend/Latvijas Pasts — Elijas 17, Rīga (phone 22 103 126). Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Item, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the Item and its delivery within 14 days of the return date.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the Buyer's individual specifications, to consumable items that have already been used, or to legal entities.

Warranty Returns

Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and cannot serve as grounds for a claim.

If an item of non-conforming quality is delivered, it should be brought to the Seller's warranty service centre (Elijas 21, Rīga) or to one of the parcel lockers: Omniva — Sadovņikova 14, RIMI, Rīga, or Unisend/Latvijas Pasts — Elijas 17, Rīga (phone 22 103 126). Warranty service typically takes 7 to 30 calendar days.

The manufacturer's warranty is valid only if the Item's operating instructions have not been violated and no mechanical damage has occurred during use.

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Commission.
