It automatically shuts off after fully charging, keeping the battery ready. So you don't have to worry about overcharging or reverse connection. You can now safely and quickly charge your battery. The product has advanced safety features, including protection against overvoltage, reverse polarity, and overcharging.
- Excellent performance thanks to intelligent control
- Compatible with VRLA batteries: AGM, GEL, and SLA
Choosing the right charger for your battery is crucial if you want your battery to last. The wrong charger can result not only in longer charging times but also significantly shorten battery life. The Qoltec charger offers microprocessor-controlled charging precision; one charger is enough for different battery types. The time required to charge depends on the battery's level of discharge and its actual capacity. This charger is designed for charging 4-80AH batteries in cars, motorcycles, boats, lawnmowers, and ATVs.
The charger features a 6-stage charging process. Each stage is electronically controlled, allowing the device to adjust the voltage and current to the current battery condition.
- Diagnosis – the charger analyzes the battery's condition,
- Bulk Charge – intensive charging with a constant current of 5A until the nominal voltage is reached,
- Absorption Charge – the voltage is maintained at a constant level, and the current gradually decreases to prevent overcharging,
- Float Charge – the charger maintains a floating voltage, preventing the battery from self-discharging,
- Power Maintenance – ensures the battery is ready for immediate use,
- Stand-by/Recond – after a full charge, the battery is periodically monitored and recharged as needed.
Connecting the charger is quick and simple; simply attach the clamps to the battery connectors. The red connector is connected to the positive terminal, and the black connector to the negative terminal. Every vehicle owner should be able to handle this. Once the charger is connected to a power source, the charger is ready to charge. The rectifier is equipped with a signal diode that provides simple information about the current operating status of the device.
